A state of emergency has been declared in Tel Aviv, Israel, as Hezbollah claims responsibility for the attacks.

Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for targeting Israeli positions in the suburbs of Tel Aviv, including an intelligence base, and launching rockets at a naval base in Haifa, northern Israel.

 Meanwhile, Israeli forces have blocked rescue teams from reaching Palestinians trapped under the rubble in northern Gaza, where residents report "scenes of terror."
