Israel kills six additional medical workers in Lebanon and strikes a hospital in Gaza
Lebanon’s Health Ministry has accused Israel of committing a “series of war crimes” by targeting medical staff and destroying healthcare facilities. This follows Israeli airstrikes that killed a hospital director in northeastern Lebanon and five paramedics in the south.
Meanwhile, the head of the UN’s World Health Organization (WHO) has urged an “immediate end” to hostilities at Gaza’s Kamal Adwan Hospital. An Israeli drone strike on the besieged facility injured four medical staff and two patients.
