Israel and Hamas agree to exchange soldiers held in Gaza for Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails
Hamas has announced it will release four female Israeli soldiers held in Gaza in exchange for 200 Palestinian prisoners as part of its ceasefire agreement with Israel.
Meanwhile, hundreds of thousands of Palestinians, displaced from northern Gaza due to Israeli airstrikes and evacuation warnings, are hoping to return to their homes as the ceasefire remains in effect.
