Israel delays the release of 620 Palestinian prisoners, while Hamas releases six captives

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office announced that the planned release of Palestinian prisoners on Saturday has been halted “until the release of the next hostages is guaranteed, and without the rituals of humiliation.”
Earlier, Hamas condemned Israel’s delay in releasing the seventh batch of Palestinian prisoners, stating that the postponement “at the agreed-upon time constitutes a blatant violation” of the ceasefire agreement.
