The U.S. and Russia hold talks in Saudi Arabia without Ukraine's participation

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov leads the delegation in talks with U.S. officials, including Secretary of State Marco Rubio, to discuss the Ukraine war.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy states that Ukraine will not participate in the discussions as it was not invited.

Ukraine’s military reports that Russia launched 147 attack drones overnight, with 83 successfully intercepted.

The Caspian Pipeline Consortium confirms that Ukrainian drones targeted a key oil pipeline at the Kropotkinskaya pumping station in Russia’s Krasnodar region, impacting supply from neighboring Kazakhstan.
